You don't hear about it here much, because I don't think many episodes exist, but "To Say The Least" was an EXCELLENT show.

For the 80's? "Whew!", of course.

Tom did Dr. IQ circa 1961, and don't forget Big Game in the 50s, but it would run unopposed.

Well, sure Zach, but what are your choices in the 70's and '80s?  I didn't ask about the 50's because even our older members here either can't remember much or have forgotten about that decade.  I liked BTB in the '70s and BL in the '80s/

80s:  WORDPLAY (Honorable Mention:  P+--thought he tackled the replacement role with a lot of class)

I didn't really see enough of WHEW! to be able to comment on it.  I know many on this board loved it, but I can't join the chorus for now (perhaps someday down the road I can see for myself).

BL may have had a lousy scoring system.  But Tom and the stars always made it fun.

Tom had some really good shows in the 70s...Split Second, NTT, To Say the Least, and W! all come to mind.

For the 80s, it'd be a toss-up between P+, BL, and TPiR.

Actually, Tom's gig as Dr. I.Q. was late 1958-59. So here's how I'd do this:

1950s-'60s: You Don't Say
1970s: Name That Tune (Honorable mention: Split Second)
1980s: Password Plus (Honorable mention: Body Language)
